Trying interactivity through simulation feature

0 like 0 dislike
Hi,

Using the free edition I am able to export an AJAX simulation of my project, and play it under 4 modes (demonstration, tutorial, practise, test), but interactivity does not work?? Is it disabled or am I doing something wrong?

Thank you!

Hi,

You can export to Ajax or Flash simulation with the Free edition, it only puts a watermark on output, everything is not disabled.

So there may be something wrong while creating interactive objects (mouse clicks, key presses, text typing or quizzes).

You can see a demonstration here: http://atomisystems.com/demo/interactive-objects-elearning-interactivity/

This demo also requires some interactivies from viewers while viewing.

You can also download the sample project that was used to create that demo, the link is right below the demo screen.

Hope this can help you,

Regards,

Hey Dangle, you were right again!... I was doing something wrong I think...

PS: I had added some Action by event, next to Event in in the Mouse Click object setting editor (action was: 1-Show Object 2-Display Correct answer), I just found out that deleting this action makes interactivity works again and slides display Correct Answer when clicking onto the right area indeed. What is this Show Object action and also the Submit action then pls?

Many thanks!

Hi,

The "Show Object" action is used to display a specified object (like Balloon, Hint...).

Submit action is used to submit the viewer's responses and so the responses are validated and perform assigned actions (for example: show a bravo message if correct, continue the presentation or go to next slide...)

Regards,
