Full Motion Frame Rate Issues

Hello and thank you for your time. I am using the full motion screen record feature on this product. I have set the frame rate to 24fps. The file I am recording is a .swf that is also 24fps. When I check the recorded video it is very jumph. I checked the log and it says actual fps 6.57. I have tried recording multiple different ways and adjusting the frame rate differently for the swf file and for the ActivePresenter. I have shut down all other programs hoping that may help. I cannot get it to record at an acceptable frame rate. Does anyone have a suggestion for making it work smoother?
thank you again.

Hi,
The actual frame rate of full motion recording depends mostly on recording area size and the CPU power. So I think you should try to reduce the recording area size or better do the recording on a more powerful computer.

You are 100% correct. I took it down to 720 and it is very smooth. The quality is great. Thank you.
