Hi,
This is a known bug in ActivePresenter if there is no recording device on your computer. A workaround is plugging a microphone or enabling at least one recording device (eg: Stereo Mix).
We are working to fix it and the new ActivePresenter version will be available soon.
To enable Stereo Mix recording device, please follow below steps:
- Right click on Audio icon on the Taskbar
- Select Recording devices from menu
- A Sound dialog will appear, in Recording tab, right click and select Show Disabled Devices from menu.
- Find the Stereo Mix item, right click on and select Enable.
