Unable to start capturing.

It siad it was unable to start capturing and to restart. I did and tried as an administrator. Any reason why?

Hi,

How often is this issue? Does this error message persist even after you reboot you PC? Which application did you record? Which recording mode did you use: smart or full motion?

P/S: Normally, you don't need to start ActivePresenter as administrator to record. You just need to start it as Admin to record applications which were also started as admin.
