Internet Explorer 8, Capture not working, works for Chrome

Question

In IE 8 why does the capture not work, anything in the HTML frame/window does not work withing IE 8.  However it works fine with Chrome?  Is there a add in or toolbar missing that I need?

Hi,

No add in or toolbar needed for ActivePresenter to capture IE.

Please check if you have turned off Protected mode. In Protected mode, IE will prevent any application that try to capture its content.

Thank you that worked.  Guess IE8 and 9 are more secure than most browsers after all.

ActivePresenter 3.1 now can capture IE in protected mode too!
