Am I eligible?

You must be enrolled at one of these:

• University or college: an accredited public or private university or college, including community, junior and vocational colleges, granting degrees that take at least two years of full-time study.
• Primary or secondary school: an accredited public or private school providing full-time instruction.

Proof of eligibility

A document issued by your school, showing your name, the school name and a current date. For example:

• School ID card
• Report card
• Transcript
• Tuition bill or statement

Am I eligible?

You must be one of these:

• Faculty or staff employed by an accredited primary or secondary school, a public or private university or college, a school district or a board of education, including professors emeritus.
• Teacher of a homeschooled student, as defined by state homeschooling regulations.

Proof of eligibility

A document issued by your school, showing your name, the school name and a current date. For example:

• Paycheck stub from the school
• Letter on official letterhead confirming your current employment

You can cover pay amounts, social security numbers and other sensitive details.

Is my institution eligible?

• Accredited public or private primary or secondary schools (K–12) with full-time instruction, and their school districts
• Accredited public or private universities and colleges, including community, junior and vocational colleges, granting degrees that take at least two years of full-time study
• School administrative offices and boards of education
• Government schools
• Public libraries and museums
• Hospitals wholly owned and operated by an educational institution
• Public higher-education research laboratories recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or Canadian ministries of education, that teach students and can show bylaws linking them to the controlling university
• Other educational entities approved in writing by Atomi Systems

Proof of eligibility

One of these:

• A valid, official purchase order from the educational institution
• Current credit card details with the institution’s name, billing address and delivery address
• A current personal credit card or check from a faculty or staff member, with delivery to the institution’s address

Is my organization eligible?

Charitable organizations that operate on a not-for-profit basis and have tax-exempt status, such as public libraries and museums, community organizations, charitable foundations, the Red Cross, Amnesty International, UNESCO, and religious organizations running state-recognized education and community programs.

The organization’s aim must be one of these:

• Relief of poverty
• Education
• Social and community welfare
• Culture
• The natural environment

Proof of eligibility

Current tax documents from your country of residence that show your tax-exempt status. Requirements depend on the law in your country.

A website that says “not for profit” is not accepted as proof.
