Student Discount
Am I eligible?
To qualify for a student discount, you must be enrolled in one of the following:
- University or college — accredited public or private university or college (including community, junior, or vocational college) that grants degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two years of full-time study
- Primary or secondary school — accredited public or private primary or secondary school providing full-time instruction
Proof of eligibility
Your proof of eligibility must be a document issued by the institution with your name, institution name, and current date.*
Types of proof of enrollment include:
- School ID card
- Report card
- Transcript
- Tuition bill or statement
Teacher Discount
Am I eligible?
To qualify for a teacher discount, you must be one of the following:
- Faculty or staff — employed by an accredited primary or secondary school, public or private university or college, school district, or board of education (including emeritus status professors)
- Teacher of a homeschooled student — defined by state homeschooling regulations
Proof of eligibility
Note: Any sensitive information such as pay amounts or social security numbers can be covered or crossed out.
Your proof of eligibility must be a document issued by the institution with your name, school name, and current date.*
Types of proof of employment include:
- Paycheck stub from school
- Letter on official letterhead from the education entity indicating current employment
Institution Discount
Is my institution eligible?
To see if you can purchase software for your school at education discounts, check the following list of eligible types of institutions:
- Accredited public or private primary or secondary schools providing full-time instruction for grades K–12, or school districts for such schools
- Accredited public or private universities or colleges (including community, junior, or vocational colleges) that grant degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two years of full-time study
- School administrative offices or boards of education
- Government schools
- Named educational entities approved in writing by Atomi Systems
- Hospitals that are wholly owned and operated by an educational institution, meaning the institution is the sole owner of the hospital and the only entity exercising control over day-to-day operations
- Higher education research laboratories that are public institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Canadian/Provincial Ministries of Education, teach students, and can provide a copy of bylaws that state the relationship with the controlling university
- Public Libraries
- Museums
Proof of eligibility
Appropriate identification means one of the following:
- A valid, official purchase order issued by an educational entity
- Current credit card information with the proper name, billing address, and delivery address of the educational entity
- A current personal credit card or check payment from a faculty or staff member with a delivery address of the educational entity
Non-Profit Discount
Is my non-profit institution eligible?
To see if you can purchase software for your non-profit/charity institution at education discounts, check the following list of eligible institutions:
- Charitable Organisations are eligible to purchase our products under educational discount programs if they meet certain requirements.
- Examples for eligible institutions are: public libraries, public museums, non-profit community-based organizations, charitable foundations meeting the below criteria, organizations like Red Cross, Amnesty International, UNESCO, and religious organizations operating state-recognized education and community programs.
- Depending on applicable country law eligible institutions need to provide appropriate documentation to confirm their charity/non-profit status.
Definition of Charitable Organisation
A charitable organisation which operates on a not-for-profit basis and has tax exempt status. The organization needs to be able to prove its tax-exempt status with current tax documents from its country of residence. Supply of a website URL stating ‘not for profit’ is not an acceptable evidence.

- The relief of poverty
- The advancement of education
- The advancement of social and community welfare
- The advancement of culture
- The advancement of the natural environment
