This page lists the service providers that process Personal Data for Atomi Systems, Inc. (“ATOMI”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) when You visit Our websites, buy or use Our products and services, or contact Us. It supplements Our Privacy Policy, which explains what Personal Data We collect, why We use it and what rights You have. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy.
We keep this list current: when We add, replace or stop using a service provider, We update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
How We Work with Service Providers
- Most providers below act as Our processors: they process Personal Data on Our behalf and on Our instructions, only to provide their service to Us, under a data processing agreement or equivalent data protection terms.
- Some providers also act as independent controllers for part of the data, such as a payment provider for the card details You enter on its checkout page, or a social media platform for the data it collects when You use it. Their own privacy policies apply to that data.
- We give each provider only the Personal Data it needs for its service, and We review its security and data protection commitments before We use it.
Current Service Providers
The location column shows where the provider is established or where We have chosen to host the data. Providers with global networks may also process data in other countries through their data centers, edge servers and their own subprocessors, under their data protection terms. AI Providers
When You use an AI feature in Our products, the content You submit to it, such as prompts, text, documents, images or audio, is sent through Our server to one of the providers below to produce the result. We send only what the feature needs. Under the terms We use with these providers, they do not use this content to train their models. We also use OpenAI, Anthropic and the Gemini API in AI-assisted internal workflows, where the information processed may include Personal Data, such as Your correspondence with Us.
If a product lets You use Your own AI provider account or API key, Your use of that provider is governed by Your own agreement with it, and that provider is not listed here.

Other Recipients
Besides the providers above, We may share Personal Data with banks and payment institutions that process bank transfers to or from Us, with professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors and accountants who are bound by confidentiality, and with public authorities where required by law, as described in the Sharing section of Our Privacy Policy. These recipients act as independent controllers and are not listed individually.
International Transfers
ATOMI is based in Vietnam, and the providers above process Personal Data in the countries shown, which may be outside Your country or region. We protect these transfers with appropriate safeguards where required, such as data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses, and We carry out the cross-border transfer impact assessments required by Vietnamese law. Changes to This List
We update this page when We add, replace or stop using a service provider, and update the “Last updated” date above. Where the law requires Us to inform You before a new provider starts processing Your Personal Data, or to ask for Your consent, We will do so.
