ATOMI Refund Policy

Perpetual Licenses

ATOMI has a No Refund Policy on perpetual software licenses. All sales are final.

We do this because:

  1. We offer a free trial version of each product we offer. Customers are encouraged to download the free trial version and test it prior to purchasing a license for the paid version of the applicable product.
  2. We also provide an immediate electronic download of software purchased. This download is available immediately after purchase and once payment has been received.
    Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have delivered the software and license to a customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit.

However, we still honor full refunds for incorrect product or duplicated orders within 7 days of your order date. Refunds aren’t available after 7 days from the date of purchase.

To request such a refund, please send an email to sales@atomisystems.com with the product name, the order reference number and describe the reason for your refund request.

Subscriptions

We don’t accept refund request for Subscriptions.

Customers are encouraged to download the free trial version and test it carefully prior to making a paid subscription.

You can cancel your subscription anytime you want but it will only take effect by the end of the then current subscription period. You won’t be charged from the next subscription period but no credits or refunds will be issued for prepaid subscription fees.
