Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and the license never expires. It includes one year of free upgrades to new major versions, and every update to your version stays free.
Standard or Pro: which one do I need?
Choose Pro if learners will interact with your content: quizzes, clickable simulations, branching, or anything you upload to an LMS as HTML5, SCORM or xAPI. Choose Standard if you publish videos and documents. Compare editions.
Do I need to reinstall after buying?
No. There is one installer for every edition. Enter your product key in the app to activate your edition.
Can I move my license to another computer?
Yes. A license works on one computer at a time. In ActivePresenter go to Help → Deactivate Product, then activate on the new computer with the same key. You can also manage activations in the self-help portal.
What happens after the first year?
Nothing stops working. You keep your version and its updates. To move to the next major version you can buy an upgrade at 40% of the full price.
How do I buy Pro EDU?
Check that you qualify, send proof of eligibility to sales@atomisystems.com, and buy once we confirm. Eligibility and documents.
How do AI credits work?
Standard, Pro and Pro EDU come with a starting balance. Each AI action uses credits. Buy more in the app (Account → Buy Credits, or the AI tab → Credits) or from this page; you need a paid license to buy credits.
Can I get a refund?
Perpetual licenses are non-refundable because you can try the full product for free first. We do refund a wrong product or a duplicate order within 7 days. Refund policy.
