In creating eLearning courses, it’s a common case that you have multiple objects containing the same base style such as fill, line, color, text, etc., and you want to change their style so as to make them more synchronized. It, in fact, consumes time to change those object styles one by one. Luckily, ActivePresenter elearning features allows you to change their style at once and in this article, I will show you vital steps of the procedure.

Change Style for Multiple Objects

To change style for multiple objects at once, take the following steps:

Step 1: Click the Slide button. (1)

Step 2: Select Batch Operations. (2)

Step 3: Select Change Style for Multiple Objects. (3)

You will see the Change Style for Multiple Objects dialog appears. Take further steps bellow:

Step 4: Select the current object style in the Having Base Style section. (4)

Step 5: Select the new base style in the Change To Base Style section. (5)

Define Which Slide(s) to Apply the Change

Step 6: Define which slide(s) to apply the change: (6)

  • All Slides is where you can choose to change the style for objects in all of the slides in your project.
  • Current Slide is to apply the new base style for objects in just the slide that you are working with.
  • Specified Slides is where you can enter the slide index. ActivePresenter will apply the changes for that selected slide(s) only.

Step 7 (Optional): Clear check boxes in the Options section (7) if you want to remain your custom settings.

Finally, click OK to save the changes.
